All the work I make is entirely made by my own hands. Every effort is made to describe the products accurately on the website. I believe in customer service and will do my utmost to ensure you are completely satisfied with anything you buy from me. I always do my best to get orders out as quickly as possible, however it is just me. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to dispatch. If you need your order urgently, if it is a last minute gift, please let me know by email and I will do my very best to look after you.
Every effort has been made that each hand crafted object is made to the highest standards. Please take care with any washing or cleaning. For the cushions there are care instructions for washing on the website alongside the product description. As a general rule cool wash, iron on reverse and dry-clean if possible. As a personal preference I avoid those nasty sew in nylon labels required on every high street garment. These are hand crafted artworks after all. So please be sensible with their care and they will last for many years. If you have specific questions re taking care of anything you have bought please do not hesitate to contact me.

Shipping worldwide is free when you spend over £500
For orders under €500 the following shipping costs apply:
Europe £5 / Worldwide £10
Once your order has been dispatched are normally:
- 2-3 days for delivery in UK
- 4-7 days for Europe
- Allow 28 days for U.S.
- 5-10 days for Australia & rest of world.
I use the Royal Mail/ Parcel Force service for all orders. A signature is required as proof of delivery.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number to your email address that can be tracked at the Royal Mail website.
If you miss the delivery, your courier will leave a note advising that your order is at the nearest delivery centre. Please note that if you do not collect the goods after the stated period of time, the goods will be returned to me. We are happy to resend the order but you will be charged the delivery cost to resend. Should there be any delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 5 days after placing your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let me know and I will take care of you. Any returned order must be received within 30 days of purchase, please return to Nigel Cheney, 23 Essex Gardens, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE169JS. The cost of returning items is always the responsibility of the purchaser. There are no exchanges or refunds on bespoke products.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment within 30 days. The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value at the time of purchase.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
